Found a fanpage, has 1000+ pictures, want to scrape it.
Any site/software/bot that does this?
Hmm... :/ Im amazed that no one thought of this...
LOL! This is madness.
1000+ Pictures, manual scraping.
Manual is not the solution.
This aint no WHW, this is BHW.
we want automatic!
Whats the page?
Well I have a spare hour or so tonight so if I get told what page it is I can take a look......
urls with facebook are user id's i believe so the crawler would have to find the userid which probably isn't a locatoin on the server but generated relatively in the php... fatboy what language you write in ? I've done python php crawlers/scrapers i'm interested to see where this topic goes pm me if questions guys i could write a script
If you folks search a little you'll find I wrote and shared this a month ago.
For example, this: http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.161177997292150.39961.161172787292671&type=3
Of course, it would be great if I didn't have to tell you the 50+ fanpages and do it on my own
1. Like that Page
2. Login to fotobouce with your fb account..
3. Go on likes (pages you liked on fb)
4. Select that album
5. Ctrl+A all the photos
6. Download All!
Simple isn't it?
You can drop me a pm with the content you want to scrape i have a custom tool for this
xTiger, I have like 50+ pages I want to scrape, PLUS I can find 10 pages and want to scrape them right away, I don't want to ask for a service all the time.
Share the tool brah.
Someone should make this bot -_-
I am willing to make a bot... PM me the details.
u can scrap using macro gamer or imacros itself .. using chrome browser.... Just play with it.. u can automate it for one whole album...
I have used an extension named fluschipranie's to download albums from Facebook fan pages. But it only downloads i think the first 200 images. Useful for downloading 200 image albums or less.
Why 200 :? lol that seems weird
I was looking for the same and found this tool but having a bit of a problem as it gets stuck while retrieving the image links list.
lets see if OP could fix this issue
