Facebook Advertising Disapproval

Okay, so for some reason facebook keeps giving me disapproval on my campaign I'm trying to create. At first it was probably because in my body text I had something like FREE 5 Months, and that's not allowed, so then I edited that and there are no caps, expect at the beginning of a sentence. In the message they say either my link doesn't work, theres, a pop up, or a few other things. I tried to redirect my link from one of my main domains, and still had no luck. Of course they never tell me specifically what I'm doing wrong, so I have to just keep resubmitting it until I figure it out. I read the requirements and restrictions, but to my knowledge I'm breaking none of them. Although on the landing page it does as for your zip at the beginning, are they really considering that a pop up? I doubt it, but does anyone have any idea what's going on here?

it can be redirect on index page plus if you are getting a zip submit done on first page they will not approve ad for sure
