I decided to try fb advertising, added my credit card to fb account and after few minutes my ads account is blocked for unusual activity.
I created another account on fb and also added my another credit card and coupon, same shit happened again and my ads acc is blocked again.

I sent them my personal ID copy and after 3 days still no answer..

how this works?, to avoid these bans, cuz it's all my credit cards and everything is legit..

Make sure you use the account on the same ip for a week or 2
Use the account regularly , do some regular activities on the account.

If one account gets banned don't use new accounts on the same ip to make ads .
Make sure the ip and the zip code of the cc matches .

they are stupid, they have banned my account first, time i thought i did something wrong, and submitted my information like you and after few days they told me my account is suspended for life, and after few months i wrote them back that i dont know why my account is disable, and this time i didnt submitted anything and they had unlocked my account...LOL...i was happy , i run few campaigns and i was doing all things well, in the time of 1 or half month period they banned my account again, this time they are not giving any reason neither giving option to contact them...hahaha...

so they are not doing anything its a automated system which is behaving randomly...so wait for manual review they will unlock your account soon...if they dont then wait for sometime and send a reconsideration request again, in my case it worked.

    hope this information help you

FB becomes more paranoid as Google does, hence their so called anti-fraud mechanism is too strict making them lose many potential advertisers. For some reason they wont allow the use of VCC's (cant really understand why accept for the fact that VCC's are anonymous, something of which they probably afraid) and their shitty system just bans your account for even trying to use them - instead of alerting that such form of payment is not allowed, they just ban you.

In your situation, OP, you probably used a CC that its location differ from your actual FB account location. This is only possible for an agency account (an FB ads account for agencies who run campaigns for clients). 99% of times wont help contacting FB, since all you'll get is an auto response saying: "your account has been disabled for suspicious fraudulent activity bla bla bla".

    I suggest you:
    1. create new FB account
    2. age it for 2 weeks
    3. use a new CC or verified paypal address that its location matches your FB account location OR create an agency FB ads account
    4. Dont use a Paypal that is VCC verified nor a paypal that has been verified with one (or more) of the already banned CC's by FB

    I received reply from fb.

    Hi Hajrudin,

Our records indicate that your payments account was disabled due to suspected fraudulent activity. In the interest of protecting our users, we will not be able to reenable your payments account. This decision is final.

    Thanks for your understanding,
