I'm looking to get more into the ppc side of Facebook, what is the best ebook to learn about it?

I know there are some but I haven't read any.

looks like you are too late for the train, FB PPC now is more than a bitch when compared to the big G. Other than that, if you are targeting mainly the US demographics, be prepared to pay a min bid of at least 75c per click no matter what niche is and also be prepared of 90% ad rejections.
