I have t-shirt ecommerce site specialize in selling personalized t-shirt, hoodie, mug, etc...
I have few great design & posted facebook ads for conversion, but not selling at all.

Any facebook strategy or tutorial on selling t-shirt at facebook?

Any input is greatly apprecaited.

Hey man, don't you pay like $0.80-$1.20+ per click on tier 1 countries like US/UK/AU on that niche? I'll appreciate some tips to lower the cost per click.

Have you tried: www. blackhatworld .com/seo/zero-penny-facebook-ad-management-targeted-real-users-for-pennies.610134/

They will do the trick for you.
To sum this up, test tons of variable ads, get really high CTR and you see cheap clicks.
Creating a catchy design everyone loves and shares and must have will get your conversion rate up (considering your ads are great and people understands your products "awesomeness")

If you're not selling AT ALL then either your products suck or your ads fail to promote your products enough.

maybe you can try video ads. it is more cheaper than post ads or website click

Why everyone target top tier 1 country only ? Did you try other too ?

Been testing a lot, that's where best ROI is... also, for 3rd countries you probably need to mess around with translating and most don't want that hassle i guess :P
