Facebook Ads politics (bans and restrictions)

Hey guys hope you are well and making at least 10$ a day. I really don't want this topic to turn into politics, but i must ask.
Do you think that Facebook can intentionally ban/restrict the ad accounts of people who are located in the countries that did not put sanctions to Russia?

i do not know how facebook system works, but you should know it can see the login ip address
