Are you targetting the right people? Age is important - a lot of college kids are broke. Also if you target the wrong countries and regions you'll end up with curious visitors, not buyers.

Thanks for the feedback. Im targeting the right people (men & women 40yrs +) and exact city in that area on spirituality. Its a free lecture and you also get a free book to sign up on the form. It cant get any easier than that!! Im just puzzled whats wrong with these people.

Anyhow, its somewhat iffy since its spirituality/religion so maybe the religion part is scaring them? Im working on this for someone. Maybe I can pm and you can see the landing page on any suggestions Thanks.

You can count leads only upon completion of orders or sign up. Usually pixel is installed on your "thank you" page. What you have are just purely clicks on your landing or squeeze page. Plus if it is just your first day, expect Facebook to send bots traffic 100%.

So, is your site 100% functional on mobile and tablets? Have you tested for glitches that would prevent form submission?

Some sites have the submit button outside the viewable area. Could be something technical with your HTML / CSS

Ok, thats interesting and i didnt think about the bots. Im just a newb to FB but why does FB naming convention like below and can get confusing? I attached pics for your review if you have any other input. Thanks and really appreciate this. Screenshot_20170403-115053.png Screenshot_20170403-115213.png

    For ex:
Conversions=> here people saw my fb ad and click on it?
Total Reach=> here sounds pretty obvious and x amt of people saw my fb ad but didnt click on it

Some good points but I did test it on iphone and android. I checked and realized from the fb stats that 80% were on the phone checking my ad.

Im using mailchimp with the form thats placed on my landing page. Its functioning fine. I attached these stats from fb. Thanks if you have any other suggestions.

FB ad pixel is on the landing page...there is only 1 page that we have. Fb Ad campaign we are doing:

    1. Fb Ad (then we have button "sign up now")
    2. Landing page (sign up form is top of site) **its visible and functioning on site and phones

I have the fb pixel installed on landing page. We dont have a thank you page but i was thinking about doing that once they fill out the form (using MailChimp).

The FB ad I targeted it very specific to age, city, interests, etc. You are talking about the website landing page? With the appearance of the site and color and page order....i think its bright and attractive for someone to sign up. Thanks for suggestions.

The purpose is to bring in as many people to a free 2hr lecture on spirituality. They also get a free book with it. Heres the form they fill out at the landing page. I attached the pic...maybe the words are not attracting these people?! lecture.png

Your pixel is on the wrong page then because FB counts the landing page as the conversion, rather than the Thank You page.

I guess you are tracking your conversion via mailchimp database. But if you want to sync FB leads conversion and mailchimp, then you should add a thank you page where you put in the FB pixel codes.

Ok thanks alot and that makes sense and it should be on the thank you page. But is it normal to have this amount of people viewing the ad and no one clicking on the sign up form? The ads been running about 2 1/2 days now. Im trying to confirm on FB's terminology.

    Apri 3, 2017
Conversion=> 413 (does this mean 413 people actually on the ad & we have it directed to our landing page)
Total Reach=>1,159 (does this mean the target amount of people interested in our target market)
    Frequency=> 1.46 (frequency of what?)

Yeah, I'll be adding a thank you page and putting in the FB pixel there now. Also, im not so comfortable with doing this 1st ad campaign. Im thinking about doing with FB's own form they have. People can sign up on FB and thats it. Has anybody used FB's sign up form?

You better can use Google Analytics behind your landingspage. So you can track the visitors on a easy way.

Yeah, I already added the google analytics on the landing page. I'll add it on the thank you page as well. Thanks.
