We are going to dropshipping but for that first we have to get sales for which we need traffic so we are using fb ads for that targted country usa but its costing me alot per visit they are charging 1 rs in this type of situation how can i get sales because i have seen many youtubers saying they are getting alot sales from fb ads only so my question is it possible ? And i have seen many people are showing they are charging 0.0001 cents per click

& i am charging for impression not for clicks

It would be wise to start with cost per click and not cost per impression, because if your ad for facebook just sucks you will lose a lot of money with cpi. When you have CPC you can track your clicks and still see how many impressions your ad got. If you have a good click-through-rate on your ad then you can eventually switch to cpi.

Like if i pay 2$ then i am getting 120 impressions only & how can change to cost per click where is that setting

Okay there's a way to do this, but it's gonna take some effort from you and a lot of reading and set up.

1. Read about offline conversions sets on Facebook. - Learn what they are, learn how to get the data for your conversions and learn how to upload the data
2. Get a business manager account on Facebook.
3. Set up the Fb pixel on your website (any website will do, you don't need to be actually doing any sales there, or sending customers there)
4. Create an offline event set using this pixel and define a custom conversion using this set. Associate all of these with your ad account.
5. Create a conversion ad campaign for this custom conversion. In the budget optimization section, change it from "lowest cost" to "target cost" and put in the target cost you want per conversion. Note: this is per conversion cost, not per click, so do your calculations accordingly. If you're making $10 on every order, your conversion cost should obviously be <$10. Note 2: I would actually suggest going with "lowest cost" optimization for about 2 weeks, gathering data and then changing to "target cost".
6. Create 2-3 adsets in this campaign changing various parameters - audience, ad image, ad copy, caption, etc. This will let you get some good experimental data on what ad is working for you.
7. Regularly collect your customer data (name, email, phone, purchase time stamp should be good enough, but more details the better) and upload it to the offline event set you've created.
8. PROFIT!!!

I've only given pointers here, so you'll have to Google the individual points, but if you're really interested in doing this you need to put in the time and effort into it I guess.

Everything you just said doesnt make any sense, this guy asked totally different question and you gave him a tutorial about pixel and hot to create ads.

But to answer OP questions..You will never get a price 0.0001 cents with cost per impression / cost per click, you can only get this price when you run PPE - and your ads need to optimize for some time and get good relevance score.

OP has a dropshipping business and wants to get customers at the least possible price. Sales seems to be a pain point for him and he is asking how to convert to "cost per click" from "cost per impression" in his other posts on this thread. To solve all these issues, I told him the steps to set up Facebook & his business to get sales and then get the least possible conversion values for those sales.

Because USA is 1st tier while India isn’t, hence the difference in the price. Getting your facts from Youtube gurus isn’t a good idea. Of course they’ll say that they’re getting a lot of sales to get views

Are you doing vid ads? I would start with those and retarget people that watch it. Then build a lookalike audience eventually. It is possible but unlikely you will make profit straight away. Takes a lot of testing.
