I can solve this issue , you send me PMSo I see a lot of homies are facing this issue of Temporary hold and getting their ads account disabled, even it happened to me several times with my ads accounts but I figured out and come up with a solutions. Enjoy.
Step 1. Create a new page and create and ad with pictures of flowers or plants or any other simple image.
Step 2. Create 1 engagement campaign of 1$ not more than that (Strictly)
Step 3. Add 1 new unused card and push it to Primary card.
