    Hey,

I created an ad with a broad audience and got a CTR of 30%. My objective was website clicks, but I still paid $0.25 per click. How can I take advantage of the high CTR and get clicks to my website for much cheaper? My bidding type was "Manual per Click".

wait till hit 500 reach and check how much relevance score you get? higher relevance score will reduce your cost per click / per impression. max score is 10
if you get 9 or 10 relevance score then create similar ad then try to use auto bid, maybe your manual bid is a bit higher. or you can try to a bit to lower your manual bid.
but when you try to run the similar ad you need to pause the old one. and if still nothing happen then its already best cpc you get for that audience.
note: you can not put too much lower on manual bid, cause your ad will freeze or runs slower.

change to auto optimise and fb will find similar people who clicked on the ad (it should lower your cpc and increase your ctr but doesn't always work)
