Facebook Ad Tools?

I have my own products (private label) and site and many years experience as Full time IM. BUT I"M new to this FB ads. I hear really good things.

Does anyone here know of a sniffer tool for FB Ads?

I know with google you can get services to reverse engineer a site's PPC ads and stuff. Key words and such and budgets. There must be one like this for FB ads. Can anyone please point me in the right direction? Thanks
