There is a problem how to make big spending on Facebook advertising. On what scheme is optimal to launch campaigns to get new players who will make deposits at a low price?

You can multiply ad groups and when spending ads, check to see which group is performing well, then keep the groups with bad results and turn it off.

Content is very important, optimize it and make it attractive, bonus levels, gameplay,... things that make your game stand out and attract

that's absolutely correct bro, because they are new and with low budget amount
 
You change the image/content to attract viewers. Add incentives in images and content (if any). Multiply multiple groups/checks with different content. To see which campaign rate is the best/most effective then increase the budget. But for that to happen, take the time to experiment. You cannot get good results immediately. If there are short video clips, use them
