Facebook ad campaign. 1 cent per page like?

am pretty sure there no legit way to get that price ...
so its either a scam or bh method..

Maybe but I think those likes will be fake, not real likes.
 
I was getting page likes for $0.01. Basically what you do is set up an engagement campaign, target worldwide and set everything "advantage+" like placements and audience. Then you use a creative of some new BMW or Mercedes with a copy something like "Please support our page by following us". Thats how it works. Pretty easy to set up
 
Those likes will be most like from countries you have no need to get likes from.

Maybe they run a black account, so they will guarantee the results of likes
 
Maybe they use the BH method and those likes will be fake, not real likes.
 
I think it is not real, with the cost of 1 cent it is impossible to maintain such service
