Recently, I have been making FB ads.
I always make an ad, it gets approved within seconds or a few minutes.
It doesn't receive impressions for hours. 12+ hours or more

Then when I go back to check again, the account has been either
    a)disabled
    b) flagged as suspicious on ads

I have no idea why this is happening.
I have tried with CC and PayPal and it happens with both.

Anyone know why might this be happening with me?
I always use new IP, cookies, cache, account, everything.

Are you using a different CC each time? a different CC or Paypal must have a different name than the name you used for the first account. Moreover, since you're not creating an agency account, you must make sure that the geo location of the CC you use, match the IP from which you created & log in to the account. For ex, if you log in to FB from UK, and use a US CC, it will be flagged, 99% of times, as suspicious.

Only agency accounts are allowed using cross-location CC without getting a ban and this is somehow logical, as agencies run ads for clients worldwide.

To get such accounts you need either be an approved agency by FB, or to buy such account.

I always login to account on fresh Canada IP and supply Credit Card registered to canadian postal code
so i think all the geo stuff matches up
im thinking it might be due to the fact that i use a VPN? maybe someone else has used that IP before? but i always hit generate new ip on it...

Would you think that might be a possibility?

I've spent over $2k on these cards the past 2 months, only 1/4th got approved and got impressions.
I am not sure why that is so but I would like to increase it to at least 3/4

Yes, definitely! using vpn/vps/proxy ips to login to the FB account will raise a red flag, sometimes at the beginning, sometimes after a while. So, the account will get flagged, and you'll see this message usually:
Unusual activity = logging in to the account using such IPs which can easily be detected by FB. Usually it happens only after you add a CC to the account, so, they have two main parameters to verify the account with: CC location & IP.

And since 99% of users who use a VPN/Proxy/VPS IP to login to the account, will not use a CC from the same geo location, or, the CC will be of the same geo location, but the VPN/Proxy/VPS IP has already been flagged by FB, it will trigger an usual activity flag followed by an Ads Manager suspension.

Make sure the credit card and ip are close to each other, or you will get a ban and have to email them and provide a good excuse to get it unlocked.
