I need Facebook accounts with cookies included in the package, cheap but payable by credit card or PayPal. I've been looking, but you can only pay with bitcoins, and I don't have any. Does anyone know of a place?

As for payment methods, the only way is to buy on supported websites. Sellers on BHW usually only use coins for safety and ease of handling
 
Posting it in the WTB section will get you more visibility and better responses
