I've dumped some accounts after doing the same thing as you, which was pretty stupid, but you can recover it by contacting the Facebook team and verifying it's your account.

It's possible that because you've been constantly interacting with your account, your Facebook status hasn't been updated yet, and since you deleted it, you can no longer log in.
