SO my entire account was suspended... the reason..

I tried submitting this article from my website

Code:
http://www.dial1auto.com/articles/auto-repair/should-you-change-your-oil-every-3000-miles/

and they said it was suspended because

Code:
We have found your article attributed to another author here:

http://www.superiorlubrication.com/myth.html

WTF?? Yes the article covers the same topic...but it is not the same article at all.

Stupid moderators are just monkeys pressing buttons, not only that the article sat in the final review queue for over a month

I have two articles that has approved a year ago. Last week i got email from Moderator to change links in article body(site's link was dead). After I change the link to point to another site; these article aren't approved.

It's funny, because the reason for that because the grammar error. These two article were approved and had gone live for a year. I just delete it and summit to 'Go Article' :D

Yeah I have had a hell of a time with Ezine - sounds like the only way to get a solid article and have it approved is pay the platinum account fees...

I submitted some articles to several of these type of website and they took days-weeks for them to be approved. I was expecting them to be approved the next day as I wanted to use them with linkjuicer to backlink to.

Hmm. That's one site I'm not going to use now.

i hate ezine articles and refuse to use them.

Have you tried to email the administrators yet? I had the same problem with Associated Content, though I wasn't banned, my article was rejected and I received a very nasty email accusing me of plagerism. I sent them an email explaining that the content developed from a post that I made on another site but that I indeed was the author. The article was then accepted. Give it a try.

EzineArticles is great, and they have no problem bending the rules if you upgrade your account for $97 a month ;)

I don't know the internals of EzineArticles, but if you take the time to listen to one of the videos [in which they try to sell you their SUPER DUPER $97/MONTH program], they talk about how some of their review people are with them for less than a year [or a few months [[or a few weeks]]].

I've never had a problem with Ezine Articles and have 57 articles published. I post my best original/unique content on there so i've never had a problem being caught out for duplicate or spun articles.

the people that review articles for non-premium members are dodgy at best. they make mistakes. just write ezine and ask for an appeal. state your case and i'll wager you get a reversal of that decision.

Yeah, normally if you dispute something they will reverse the decision, and even apologize for it

You have to careful while posting on ezinearticles regarding duplicate content and that the same content should not be there with another author's name on another website.
I have several articles published, we have to improve ourselves rather than blaming someone else.
Learn from mistakes.

Make sure your articles are at least 80% unique.

At the ezinearticles haters: Think twice before not using it. It's still very good for high Google rankings.

I had one of my eZine articles approved today. It was indexed and ranking within half an hour on the first page phrase match.

I have never had a problem with any of my accounts. I submit original content that is unique and in great english.
