ezine articles almost banned me

since last friday my account at ezine articles was frozen because I sent an article that was published in another place on the internet.
The crazy part is that I bought this PLR package with some articles and I change it a little bit, I also changed the title as well.
Even though ezine people found parts of the text on the internet and complain about it, then I changed some more and they said I couldn't post more articles until they verified the source of the information.

After some emails I fixed the situation and they gave me the rights to my account again

moreover I would like to tell and ask about my experience

I had submitted two articles which were found on some other source so they didn't approve it

now I dont want these two articles to get approved and I would not be submitting these two articles ever so do they freeze the account if nothing is done from my side regarding these two articles

Moreover I tried deleting these 2 articles and then I was asked a reason so deleting is also not an option

moreover I have submitted two fresh original articles so would this effect their approval too ?

any help would be highly appreciated

I had an article rejected by ezine and I deleted it. When asked why I was deleting it, I told them that I was not going to edit the article for resubmission. I have had no problems getting any articles published after the deletion, just the usual rejection bs, too many keywords or typos. I fixed those and the articles were published.
