Quite a pressing problem for anyone who works at a computer... It is possible to share your tips from your own experience.

Do you do any exercises to maintain eyesight? Pills, dietary supplements? Any of your own experience from your everyday life?

What you need to do now is to maintain that flame for as long as you can when your eyes are closed the flame will move here and there but you have to bring it back to the same place and maintain it for as long as you can as the time will pass the flame will be gone do this twice a day after waking up for 5min before going to sleep 5min
this will increase your focus.

As I know the most simple exercise is to look at the most thing close to you then look at the most distant thing (roof of the house through the window, for example).

Also you can eat carrots and blueberry. Tasty and good for your eyes.

Otherwise I know a person who works at the computer all day long, spend his evenings scrolling feed in his phone. But his vision is absolutely normal. I suppose genetics matters too.

Try using a program like f.lux.
f.lux makes your computer screen look like the room you're in, all the time. When the sun sets, it makes your computer look like your indoor lights. In the morning, it makes things look like sunlight again.

Tell f.lux what kind of lighting you have, and where you live. Then forget about it. f.lux will do the rest, automatically.

Visit the doctor every 3 months.
do the 30-3 method
for every 30 min on your pc take 3 min brake and watch to something out of the windows.

Cool! Have you noticed any changes or improvement in your eyesight using this?
Yeah, I went from 20/150 to 20/15.

I'm sorry, because of the surgery, I wouldn't be able to tell if there were changes or improvements from using f.lux, although I'm going to assume there wouldn't have been any improvements necessarily.

Eye strain, on the other hand, it did help a lot with that when I used it.

What does this exercise accomplish in the end?

It's just a matter of time. There was a period when I worked with Instagram from my phone and did the rest of my work from my laptop. My eyes felt like they were being cut off by glass because of the different focus distances. This went on for about half a year, then my eyesight plummeted and never recovered to that point.

I will try, thank you :)

In winter I use eye drops to maintain natural humidity. Well, and humidifiers work all the time.

Does this actually help? This is like tratak, no? That cures eyesight or not so much, just helps with concetration?

It's actually an old technique to improve focus and no it doesn't cure eyesight better go to a doc if you have a sight problem This exercise prepares the mind for one-pointed concentration and its called flame meditation

Exercise your eyes by rolling in all directions at the same time. Do it like 15x every time you wake up and before going to bed.

I'll go through my 2nd eye surgery next month, but this days that's easy to perform and quite accurate.

Has anyone heard of or used blue light blocking glasses?
