    Hi i am only creating this post because i read a bad review about Extreme SEO Tools..today i was charged doubled....and here is the story....

    I M ONLY POSTING THIS BECAUSE I HAD SOMETHING BAD IN MIND BECAUSE OF A THREAD I READ ON BHW COUPLE OF WEEKS BEFORE.

    i ordered a service you couldnt provide, then you cancelled the order refunded me the amount. but in next month you are charging again ??




    here are the details. please refund me that i havent initiated ... i guess recurring payment caused the problem.


    please stop recurring billing and refund me

    You cancelled the order but didnt cancel the recurring billing.. now on 11th of august i m charged with 30 dollars again..

    Even there is no invoice in my portal but you charged ??? i dont know what is the problem. before going to 2c0 i am asking you for the refund.

    No i told 2Co to cancel subscription first. i knew they could do it.


    However payments are in your account so they wont be able to refund i guess.


    Man, it would be freaking awesome if you refund as soon as possible, otherwise my credit card company will create problems for me cannot explain everything in a short email..


    I am currently on subscription with you guys for another order sequence, but that is completely different with this one ...so donot confuse yourself with that order.


    I am only asking for the refund of this order , that wasn't initiated from my end neither yours, its due to recurring billing and 2CO has a flaw in this regard that they couldnt completely cancelled the order when it was stopped from your side.


    So do me a refund for this Order but please before this friday.

    looks like I've already canceled it.


    I'll be totally honest with you when I say that 2checkout is not a good payment gateway.


    I only have them for the people in India and that side of the world that cannot pay with paypal.


    they cause nothing but problems.


    and they have charged you even after I told them not to.


    you will of course get your refund.

    no worries dude,


    we didn't charge you again,


    what happened was when you signed up it set up an automatic profile in 2checkout


    it will keep sending it until you cancel it.


    I can refund it if there's a charge.


    I can cancel it for you there's no problem.

    You were billed. It looks to me like they only refund billing errors.
