Is there any free tool where I can post a link of tweet and get all the retweetors usernames so i dont need to manually copy/paste each?
Export usernames by retweets?

Works pretty well, but can only scrape 97 users who retweeted the tweet

Yeah, there's no way to do that since twitter API limits it to only 100 last retweets, however, if you setup a competition (paid service) with some user name it will crawl users all the time.
