What are you actually asking? You seem to be confusing links and URLs?

The number of indexed URLs that Majestic reports is the number of different addresses of pages it has found on your website. E.g. www.example.com is one URL, www.example.com/page2 might be another URL. So Majestic has only found two pages on your website. If what you are saying is there are actually 975 pages, then as long as there are internal or external links to those pages, Majestic should eventually find them just like Google has.

If what you are saying is that Google is reporting 975 links to your website, check the number of backlinks that Majestic reports under "External backlinks". If it's less it's because Majestic doesn't quite crawl the web as well as Google does so it misses some.
