I am wondering whats the difference between them (from google's perspective).

For example, If I decide to purchase a 'deleted' domain with PR4 (example), will that pagerank sustain after update?
Will Google know that 'that domain' has been deleted and now owned by a new owner?

What about expired and closed out domains. They are normally sold at GoDaddy auction.
In another words, they are hold/purchased by GoDaddy before they get dropped. In this case, how does Google look at this?

    Thanks

Pagerank depends on Quality and Quantity Backlinks. You must build backlink prevent PR Drop.
deleted / closeout / expired is short term pagerank, Believe me. Read about 301 redirect, not all of them have good BL.

It's easy build pagerank in 3 month / Major Update. Google is ur friend, find it.

I understand i will have to maintain them.
But will the deleted/closeout/expired PR 'reset' automatically even if I do so?

YES, IF not meet the required BL *look at the pagerank table*
note : BL pages with less than 50 external links

What will you do with pagerank domain ? Sell link ? Paid to review ?
