Hi, I hope this is being posted in the right place. Tumblr = Blogging! Registered some expired tumblrs that all have PR1 and wanted to know if its ok for me to post an article and link out to a money site straight away. Or link the article to another blog of mine (tier 2) that links to a money site for some link juice.

Last one: Should I just post an article and not link to anything, just let the blog age for a while.. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

Technically, yes they do, they'll keep aging and google will look at when the first link was detected. Unless penguin has changed the game..

Thanks for the quick response. How long would you say to wait before linking out?

Personally I would put up say 20 - 30 related images, drop a few articles (well spun or written) in between. Put a couple of links throughout to authority sites, ie wikipedia, bbc, huffington post, cnbc, etc, then drop a link some where to your site in between, but make sure that article is on the front page.

    Good luck with it!

That sounds like a great plan to me! Thanks for the informative feedback. Much appreciated.
