Contextual links don't pass on any juice from tumblr. If you look at contextual links in tumblr they get forwarded through tumblrs main domain. The only way to pass juice is by putting in header links or header description.

You are correct but still it works. One of my keyword moved to 9 from 25 after using expired tumblr (50 post i used in total). No saying because i am selling this service here but it still works. There are some case study on the web but i followed Franklin Hatchett mostly in terms of Expired web 2.0. Check out his case study once you get time.

Around 10-15 i believe. Didn't set the exact no yet as all blogs are new and fresh for now. And we have 100 blogs in total at our account. Check your PM please.
