Well, I've spent like 2 hours looking on expireddomains.net, found just 4-5 nice ones, but 90% of all of the domains there are spammed, trash backlinks to them, foreign languages, etc ... but, a guy told me that if I'll buy a domain that has lots bad backlinks (maybe penalized), with DA/PA 30+, it doesn't matter if it's bad, even if it's penalized, if I will use it for backlinking purposes. I mean, to place the anchor text for my money site on those domains I'll buy. He said the backlink from the expired domain I'll buy will give my money site authority as well and it will help me.

    What's your opinion guys?

I don't think so penalized domain can work but its good if you put your competator backlink on that penalized site and how about to redirect that domain to your competator site should penalized that site or not may be it will transfer penality to your competator site

I think you would be wasting your money.

The site you mention may be aged and have DA/PA - but if its penalised you are already starting off on negative terms.

There is too much emphasis on expired domains these days i think. I have had brand new domains with crazy good content far outperform aged domains that i had purchased.

No, It won't do good for your money site. A link from penalized expired domain will flow the negative effects to your money site too, so don't give ears to those foolish talks. Beware, he might be your competitor.

Stay away from such domains, you need clean domains for both your money site and backlinks.

High PA/DA could be attained easily with spammed links, be careful with this factors when obtaining an expired domains, and stay away from domains that have high competitive anchor text, the chance they are banned and abandoned from previous owner is very high

Getting links from penalized site will be no longer value to you. It would affect your ranking. But, you can link after the penalty is lifted.
