Re expired domains, I'm also looking for social signales, i.e. shares, tweets, etc. Are there any services that provide this? If so, any reliable ones that you'd recommend?

    Thanks.

ZennoBlaster, you should consider posting your question at BHW's marketplace. There are countless BHW members who would be glad to help offer you their services.

Doesn't ahrefs cut it for you? I wouldn't recommend Moz. Majestic does show social metrics too, even for expired domains.

    SharedCount gives the following stats:
    Google +1s
    FB Likes
    FB Shares
    FB Comments
    Tweets
    Pinterest Pins
    LinkedIn Shares

If you just want stats of a few websites you can just use their website.

If you want to check stats of a few thousand a day you can use their free API, I forget the exact limit of the free API per day but it is high for a free API and no rate limiting from what I remember.

If you want more API use you can get 200k API calls a day for $40/mo.

There are alot of resources that you can use to get social signals, but let me ask you: is it truly worth it? I used syndr.com for a while and I could see any tangible results.

I think social signals can be good if and only if you place them at the right time. Putting social signals after you've posted your pbn in my opinion, a waste of time. Rather, placing them before you start seoing is most optimal in my opinion. However, I haven't had much luck with them.
