    Hello Everyone!

First of all this is not a commercial thread, I do not have anything to sell. It is just an idea that I'd like to hear your opinions about.

I am thinking of acquiring and then selling domain names that have:

    - Valid High PR (3 and above only).
    - High PR d0f0ll0w Backlinks (PR5 - PR1).
    - Nearly all backlinks coming from Low OBL pages.
    - .com, .net and .org extensions only.
    - At least 1 year old.

I noticed such domains easily being sold on Godaddy TDNAM for a good price (above $150 usually). So I thought of giving it a shot.

    Please tell me about yourself,

Do you care if the domain name makes sense?
Would you be interested if this service is on BHW Forum?
For example, would you buy a domain that has about 80 backlinks from 40 different IPs, and only 12 of these backlinks (on 12 diff sites) have a PR between 5-1? If yes, for what price?
Do you buy domains from Godaddy TDNAM, if yes, how often?

    Thanks :)

I would buy such domains. However they have to be aged and not expired. (It resets their age).
    150$ ???? I've bought valid PR 4 for 80$. PR 2s are to be spotted for 15-20$.

D, That's what I see on Godaddy TDNAM.
Can you give me a brief idea of this PR4's backlinks?

Backlinks? Few, but powerfull. All whitehat. And PR4 sticks there for 2 years now.

I am being very very careful with PR, I am checking if it's fake first in a couple of services, and then I analyze the domain's backlinks to see if the domain's PR makes sense or not. I think I am doing good so far ;)

You want to look for PR 5 and higher. Most important would be high rofile backlinks that still stick in Alexa backlinks such as wikipedia, yahoo directory and other popular sites.

infoasian, I am doing PR4 and higher, there seems to be a huge difference between PR4 and PR3,
PR4 domains are grabbing much more attention than PR3s.

My rules of evaluating a high PR domain:
    1. PR of course. PR 4 is much better then PR 3. PR 5 is someting great!!!
    2. PR and number of inbound links. Source of links.
    3. Age: real age as reported by whois.
    4. Topic of the domain, e.g. what site was on it before. Is it my niche? (big plus)
    5. Name of the domain. (name+surname is a bad idea)

    Hope this helps,
    D
