A .in domain has reached pending delete stage. It was used to be a govt website. Will you consider backordering or buying this domain and reselling it? And if yes at what price will you consider this to be a value for money domain.

Metrics:
Backlinks: 319 (85 percent do follow)
Referring Domains: 75 (51 percent do follow)
DA: 13
PA: 31
DR: 2.5
Wikipedia links - 13-15
Govt links - 3-7
TF: 12
CF: 12

I like the TF / CF ratio and the wiki and .gov links. And that's about it! I wouldn't pay more than $200-300 for this domain, and had I purchased it I would use it as a PBN or 301 redirect it to my money site because I'm not scumbag enough to milk newbies of $1000 based on its stats

You can't tell much from metrics alone to be honest.

Also, afraid to say, that TF/CF ratio is of absolutely no relevance.

DR is terribly weak, so based on that, I would presume that the backlinks aren't too amazing.

RD is alright at 75, so something along the lines of $100 - $150 maybe, but I would have to see the domain.

Make sure it has not been abused if you are planning to go after i t.

At least it's not been over-inflated in the DA metrics, so the backlinks it has are all probably organic and genuine. $100-200 at the most though.

Actually I was planning to buy and just resell it. No intentions to use it for my money site nor for my clients. And it has been only used by govt of India for their local adminstrative area since 2010. Looking at the age I think I should backorder the domain. What do you say?

If what you are paying for it is good enough and if it's clean, then feel free to go for it.

Just don't send me a PM a couple months down the line to commison sell it, because I get these a lot.

Why wait for a couple months. I am asking you right now would you be interested in buying this at half the price you mentioned?
Joking Btw

Not really, no. And careful with the selling outside of the specified forums mate. :)

Hi @Nargil I have a question. If a domain goes in pending delete stage and gets deleted and become available for purchase again will the domain age go in vain? Because when I looked for bhatparamunicipality. in on whois it shows me it is created on 19 January 2022. Whereas this domain is from 2010. Btw this was the domain I was talking about. Someone purchased it before me.

I don't know, you tell me.

I have no idea how made up hocus pocus metrics work. Just as I have no idea how love potions or voodoo spells work.

Domain age is not a ranking factor.
