Is a domain wirh PA of 20 and one PR4 link from wikipedia valuable for a PBN?

I ask specifically because I am not sure what is the value of wikipedia backlink it has.

Well Wikipedia links are nofollow but from what I've seen in the past they can still affect rankings and therefore have some kind of power. Definitely go for it!

    If you say so :)

OP, hard to say like that. I'd analyze everything thoroughly to make sure it's a good one.

Wikipedia links are powerful even if they are nofollow due to its authority. A domain with wikipedia link is a good addition to your PBN but make sure it has some other good links too.

I have snapped up several expired domains with wikipedia links and not much else - and they seem to be useful nevertheless. It certainly can't hurt, and for $10, you'd be crazy not to.

The domain doesn't have much other links, the wikipedia one is probably the most powerful.

Would it be worth getting the domain just because of this link?

Why not? The other metrics sounds fine and you might even get traffic from wikipedia if nothing else.

What seo hosting do you use?

The same question for you as well.

Go for it bro. Hell if is only for registration (even for reg.+renewal) is a bargain, you pay that much for a shady homepage link from BST's here.

While the cost of registration is $10, remember the other costs including the articles, site set up and hosting. If the PA is 20, the DA is likely in the 10-15 range so it won't provide a lot of link juice.

I'd just verify there is no other traces of spam or junk links, otherwise sounds like a solid domain

I don't use SEO hosting... I go through the (very time consuming) process of setting up individual accounts with different hosts.
One of the problems then is that you need to monitor them to make sure they're online, because cheap resellers hosts have a habit of closing their doors quite often, even if you've paid a year in advance. I don't care that I've lost my $12-$20, it's just a pain in the ass to setup the site again on a new host.

One of the single most useful resources that I (and probably plenty of others) would pay a monthly subscription to is just a big long list of cheap hosting companies. Yeah, there's WHT forums, and plenty of others, but it's still damn time consuming trawling through them finding the deals you need. If I could access a constantly-updated lengthy list of hosts <$2/mth, that would be damn awesome.

Why not use something like 1dolarseohosting?
I have already bought turnkeyinternet seo hosting which costs me $0.6 per IP but I didn't setup anything and have heard there is a lot of downtime so I am probably going to change the hosting.

Here are 2 ones that are even cheaper:
    http://www.linkalone.com/hosting.html
    http://www.ramhost.us/?page=features

I reverse engineered few sites of one blog network.

For exactly that reason. I don't want my network exposed in such a way... and having all my sites clustered around known 'seo hosting' ranges is not desirable.

The networks I have found use shared hostings the same as you. It is easy to spot a blog network using ahrefs for example no matter where it is hosted.

Anyway, how may sites in network do you need to rank for 10-30K exact medium difficulty keywords.

Not this shit again. People, listen up and listen good. Wikipedia links are NO FOLLOW meaning that none, that's 0 of their trust flow is passed on through external links. The same goes for DMOZ, no more trust flow is passed on from a DMOZ link that any other page on the internet with the same authority.
