Expired Domain With 500 Inlinks & 15,000 Indexed Pages

I have found a domain with:
15,040 Indexed Pages (Yahoo! SiteExplorer Results)
511 Inlinks (Yahoo! SiteExplorer Results)
Page Rank: 3

Should I buy this domain? It is a PR3, I have checked to see if I can purchase it and yes I can, no backorder, straightup purchase.

EDIT: And an Alexa ranking of: 15,000

I say go for it, for $7ish, you cant loose. can you scrape the original site?

Do not buy it...its a scam..
But...I can help you out by saving you from the scam ...by purchasing it myself..just to make sure of course..I will test it for a couple of years and get back to you...:cool:
 
By accident to be honest, I was browsing for a script and I found a forum with someone that said he was using the script on his domain www.xxxxx.com so I went to have a look and got a 404 error, run a whois checkup and it had expired, checked 123 reg who I buy my domains with and it was available :D

I checked with a similar site to DNS Scoop and it tells me that it gets between 500 and 6000 visitors per day, you can never be too sure about this but I will analytic it and check the stats but the domain name is so vague and the previous content so unrelated to what I am interested in I will probably park it with SEDO and auction it off.

WTF.. honeslty don't buy it.. In my 50 years professional experience. I can take a look on your domain and see if it is worth to buy... or you want I can buy it for you.. I know you are still thinking to buy it aight... :)
 
Umm according to google expired domains have no link value or ranking value... I used to domain now after learning that i noticed its not worth my time..But its only 7bux so go for it!
 
might as well, it's better than buying a brand spankin new domain, right?

Some weeks ago I're read something on DP about a real state site, house.info
This guy was everywhere on google SERPS, and it seemed like it was because of .edu backlinks, because it was an expired domain with belonged to an educational institution.
