I found an expired domain that has 380,000 Follow backlinks with the DA of 40. Do you guys think I should buy it? I need your opinions.

99% do follow links is not natural

probably link building or spam links

Referring domains is not really that many. Most of these domains have linked this site 200 times on average. That is pretty high and also looks fishy.

most probably links are all spam
check if their any keywords are ranking then you are good to go

check if the backlinks are related to any specific niche and are relevant or not if they are spammy then don't buy. Also if they are from random sites rather than a specific niche they are useless.
