    Hi,

I have found an expired domain that has good metrics can be used for both pbn & money site. After checking the web archive I found the website was full of content which is not 100% unique around (70-80) % unique. So my question is should I restore the pages and content from the old archive data. Or should I restore the old pages with fresh and unique content.

    All suggestions appreciated.
    Thank you for your time.

restore the pages and make the existing content more unique, it doesn't have to be 100% unique but 80% is too low for me personally. Aside from making it more unique make it better, improve on it any way you can.

restore this content will give you easier work
but, you must add more value like image, videos, or other information.
give some 2 or 3 paragraph manually

If you have some unique content use your content, it's easier go restore old content but you will rank better with new one.

If you don't want to get sued, you need to bring back the website using fresh and unique content.

You already know their keyword targets because there's an archived copy.

You could use that as your initial guidance in recreating the site.

I would steer clear of simply copying and pasting old content because the copyright holder might come out to sue you.
