I'm looking at an expired domain which has weather words in it. Looking at way back machine the website was about weather forecast. The domain has solid backlinks and good DA but my website has nothing to do with weather. Do you think I can still use this domain for PBN and give me site a good link juice?

Yep, still good. You can re-purpose the whole site so that it matches your niche, or you could create a weather type site and make a connection somehow between your niche and weather. Aka if your niche was "baseball gloves", you could write an article about how bad weather will stop you from playing baseball etc.

Yes, you can use it and no, it doesn't matter. It's typically very difficult and time consuming to find relevant expired domains. What you can do though is leverage the existing link profile. For example, if your niche is weight loss, on your weather site you could make a post titled 'how weather influences weight loss'.

Yes, you can use it. It's even better if it is still relevant, but it will still give you good juice anyway.

As previous posts have said - yes you can use this domain for a PBN and if the links are solid then you will get some benefit. If it were relevant to your niche then it would probably give you a more significant boost, especially in the long run as I see Google putting more emphasis on topic-relevant backlinks as a way to improve their results.

    Of course.
Thinking out of the box, you may write a post where you say describe how it was raining all day and you played your favorite game for example (linked to your money site).
Just make it look natural, so it won't be deindexed.

Relevance doesn't matter when acquiring domains for a PBN. All you need to look for is absence of spam and presence of natural links.
