Hello, i recently bought and 301'ed an expired domain to my money site. How do I get the expired domain indexed so it starts passing link juice in google's eyes?

If you 301'd it it won't index.

When you 301 it you are telling the search engines to pass all link juice and SEO benefit over to the other site and to not index the 301'd site.

If your domain has quality backlinks then it doesn't need to be indexed. When the domain you bought is linked to your money site then the crawlers will recognize it has 301 on it and that's when you will see the result.
