Expired domain bids

When I found a domain on freshdrop.net I got to the checkout page on godaddy but I haven't done anything yet. Just for kicks, I went back to freshdrop to buy the domain again but now it says the Start Time was closed on godaddy which means it can't be purchased. I tried this on another machine as well.

How is someone else supposed to bid on the same domain? I'm guessing others will be able to bid on the domain after I checkout.
