Hello i was plannin on buying a domain with some sort of keyword in it - however starting from zero is not good and i would like to try expired domains now. Note i dont want to make a PBN on it, i want to make it my money site.

So I've found one, 1 TF, 13 CF on root domain by majestic, along with 3k backlinks. Im sure its not good, but its better than nothing, right

Then i check one subpage on this domain, 2 TF 9 CF and 2k backlinks. If root domain has 3 k backlinks, and its subpage only 2, it means they aren't counted together. so after possibly connecting these two amounts, would be 5k backlinks (and maybe TF and CF will get counted together too resulting in up to 3TF, 22CF but thats not what i count for anyway)

And here im wondering if theres a way to redirect all the backlinks power to root domain?

    I found this thread:
    blackhatworld.com/seo/method-to-get-one-way-backlinks.140952/

But im not sure if it will do what I want (pass all the backlink power to rootdomain from subpage?)

    Greetings

That's just the Majestic interpretation of that link profile. All those links to the internal page count towards domain authority. They may not drive specific semantic PR to the home page but they do add to the overall domain link profile. Don't take TF and DA and whatever too seriously, these guys' crawlers can't reach even 10% of what Google can.

So i've done like i said.
I've included the php code to transfer backlinks but it doesnt seem to work. Ive included it in index.php file on root domain (on my ips suite installation) after the <php tag
The thing is, i cant tell if that method is still working or not? Backlinks dont seem to change on majestic
Thread is pinned but its closed and people said it could work in 2001 but not anymore... then why its pinned?

If you are using wordpress, just use "link juice keeper" plugin and that's it.

And don't concern yourself with majestic and what it shows. 301 redirecting internal pages to homepage won't change crap in majestic anytime soon, if ever. You know what you did and what kind of power the domain should have. Still, the initial domain, TF1, 3K backlinks... I bet 98% are nofollow. That's a really bad domain to be honest and not sure if it's better than nothing.
