experiment =/= service

I have recently posted in the CPC Subforum in regards to an experiment that I would like to conduct in order to understand how could I in the future structure a business around the traffic that I own,

I mentioned heavily that i don't require any type of payment (there is no payment/dashboard/service AT ALL) and the exchange is simply in feedback and results of the experiment, I don't personally deem that as a service because I don't get anything monetary or equivalent other than data that would allow me in the future to structure my business, please help me understand how am I in the wrong and the reason for which I have received an infraction mentioning that it's not allowed to sell or advertise a service, since mine is not a service at all

you're asking for something in return, even if it isn't money, feedback is valuable. (people buy reviews kek)
If you wanted feedback, there is a section dedicated for that.

but the thing is that I don't have a service... the feedback I was requesting was personal, not on the forum. am I required to have a service to just ask for some people to try a system and provide statistics so to allow me to formulate my offer and actually create a service? because right now I have no service at all, it was just a means to gather information and statistics to actually create a service.. do you suggest I do that blindly upfirst, as in the cost for me would be 729$ as I haven't been on the forum for over 60 days...

You don't need them to post the review publicly.
feedback can be asked to be sent to your DMs for your eyes only.

you also don't need a service on BHW to post there for a beta test.
that's why it also says "Upcoming"
Upcoming doesn't mean soon, can be now or 10 years time..

sorry if i'm slow, so you suggest:
A) i ask for no feedbacks and that should be allowed in the CPC subforum, as in getting the statistics back privately, i.e. an experiment, which i wanted to conduct

or:
B) Create an actual service blindly, pay the 729$ for the vip and then request feedbacks?

because my intention was just to figure out if there are actual grounds to create a service, that is why in my mind it is an experiment and should be allowed in the cpc subforum

You're right, I don't need a service but I need a Jr. Vip or above, which in my case would cost 729$ so the only solution is to pay and hope for the best?

if you want feedback whether it is public or private you need to create it in the appropriate correct sections.
Posting in the CPC subforum will just give you another infraction; as that is for discussion only.

Your right, i guess you need Jr VIP to post in that section so yeah, you need to upgrade.
Jr VIP isn't $729 it's like 140 once you have enough post counts unless you want to skip the post count & 1 month period.

Otherwise, you would need to re-phase your question on the cpc subforum to be
"How about this idea for a service/how would i monetize/what would users be looking for/what features you want/need etc"
as a discussion only.

Thank you, you've been really helpful.
I think that as a start I will rephrase my question and if people seem to agree that it might be a viable business idea, I will go ahead and get the vip rank that would allow me to post in the upcoming beta test subforum, thanks.

As @xReminisce puts it above. You're selling, you can say until you're blue in the face that you're not... But you are as per the warning you've received previously and the more recent one after you posted this content,.
