Has anyone of you made experiences with auto suggest marketing?

There are some providers who promise they will get your company in Googles auto suggests

For example

SEO expert (your name) in search suggestions

if you pay 100s of people from microworker type of sites to run branded searches for you each day for a month or two you will definitely get your brand in auto-suggest. It might be costly, though....
