Exclusive niche dating site

I am looking at starting a dating site, I know the niche is valuable, obviously I dont want to go over specifics in public but the few competitors are doing quite well in the niche. I am looking for a 60/40 partnership, I am able to provide funding to get it up and running, some advertising and marketing, and some advertising money. I need a partner who can bring the site up in SEO, add to my marketing plan, administrate the site and general keep things running smooth.
