Hello I recently created a site on health in general but I have some problems in the appearance of articles in the search engines please help me. I do not offer exclusive content and I rely on myself to write in my blog.

It can take some time for Google to index your pages. Check out this guide from Google:

If you mean getting your article indexed and cached on Big G, then sometime merely publishing an article will not get that done and it would depend on Big G entirely.
You can of course try promoting your article on a busy social account.
If that is not possible, then simply submit your site's sitemap to Big G and they will send their spiders to crawl thereafter.
Or you can always do some quality link building, which would definitely get any content indexed for a long time.
