We do not have any limit on the amount of traffic across shared plans. The optional cPanel makes your VPS managed, without it you are responsible for setting up LAMP stack, installing scripts such as WordPress etc.

VPS does not include cPanel by default.

Thank you. I had a shared hosting package with you in September, 2016 which I had to shut down due to obvious reason. As far as I remember, that time you had an offer of woocommerce setup with one free year of hosting. Do you have that offer still up? I'm still struggling with payment processor (with LLC setup) issue for dropshipping business as paypal and stripe seem to be not good options for this kind of business.
However, I'm planning take the small or medium shared plan for my service website.
