    Summary
    For the review, I had to go about the review process differently than I normally do as the seller needed to adhere to their data protection policy (meaning they couldn't create an account for me) and my fodder review email was registered with Yandex, emails of which are not allowed on their platform. The details of my review are below.

    Service Information
    • What I normally do whenever I pick up these web hosting sales threads is have the seller create an account for me, which I then use to look around their platform and confirm the claims made in their sales thread. However, I had the seller do this instead.
    • The seller got back to me within 24 hours with proof if the claims made in their thread showing they have the options for unlimited domains, 50 GB SSD storage, 150 GB bandwidth, free SSL, a free domain with their package, turbo charged CPUs, DDOS protection, unlimited mailboxes, and unlimited databases.
    • I found the seller easy to work with throughout the alternate review process.
    For Buyers: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.

    I had an experience with the seller, experience managed, and in full support over website ticketing + telegram.
    Some things that you should be aware of you need to ask before buying:
    1. Domains registration is not available.
    2. IP is shared on all the packages, Dedicated IP they said that is available, I've paid for but never received after 48h.
    3. Payments are available only on PayPal by subscription and ONLY by PayPal - who doesn't have this ... is DOOMED and can't use it.


    Seller didn't deliver in time the package, even discounted, he promises on all packages SSL certificate, but the website where they make the sale doesn't have SSL installed, and from there, a lot of trouble comes out.

    Seller refunded me and excused a lot. From my point of view, it is just a start selling thread of OP, and they never manage it. I understand, but a little disappointed by their services and how they handle customers.

We're extremely sorry for the experience you had, we have gained a good amount of Clients from this website which are more than happy with our service - however we're a company which is proud of our level of support and service so knowing just 1 person has left our service unhappy breaks my heart. I have gone a head and credited your account with £30.00 because I really want to make this up to you - this will allow you have 1 year of hosting on our High Tide plan if you decide to go down that route.

    The domain whois partner we use was having an issue knowing if .co.uk domains are available or not, this was promptly fixed by our team. By default all packages come hosted on a shared IP - being in a 'black hat world' we want to push this so every package comes with a dedicated IP and happy to announce this is going live within 48 hours. Due to you paying with your friends' account (as you claim not to have PayPal) I had to adapt our Fraud checks to pass you through our system. Then the second payment you made was with another PayPal again (this time being an account in your name) - this didn't match up to the details I had on our system due to it being different from the original payment and therefore the payment got stuck on PayPal - I called them and got this resolved for you.

    In terms of our payment gateway, we want to move away from PayPal and currently testing a few systems and will be adding at least 2 more options to our website within the next few days.

    Once again we're sorry for the issues you had and will do whatever it takes to make this up to you.

    Just moved a few sites over and everything went well so thought I'd leave an initial review. I moved them all manually so got chance to try the interface, create databases, update DNS etc. I was upgraded to Wipeout and opted for the dedicated IP address, all set up ok . My sites have been up for a few days now and they're extremely fast indeed much quicker than the previous host (Bluehost)l. Not really needed support but they were responsive and helpful to my one enquiry. Obviously early days but my first impressions are excellent - hopefully will all stay this good !!!!
