guys this is not instant activation

i bought the proxies and it did not activate instant, it takes a few hours. disappointing. i also did not get the 40% discount and OP takes very long to respond. i've had poor communication. i can't see this being any better going forward because i need proxies for a long term project. i am tempted to ask for an immediate refund due to misleading business practice
