Exclude tags for Wordpress

I have a auto blog farm of about 200 blogs, which i keep updated with WP ROBOT and a few other tools. Most of my blogs are related to cities and travel
Lately i am getting hammered by Google for having adult content on my blogs and as hard as i try i just cant keep up deleting the adults tags etc.

I have now in WP Robot's added a list of global adult keywords to exclude, but this only prevent adult post, mu problem is that i am still getting allot of adult tags to my post.

I use simple Tags plug in.

Is there some plug in i can use where i can specify a list of tags to exclude.
Another way would be to add a rule in phpmy-admin to auto delete certain tags --- but i have no idea how to do that.

Any help will be appreciated

I'm not sure about excluding... But you can make it nofollow instead of excluding.. Try that if can't find a solution.. All in one seo plugin has that option!

Thank you for the suggestion, but i dont think that would help, as i only want to exclude certain "adult" tags from being ceated.
The "Do Not Follow" in all in one seo wont help as it will make ALL my tags no follow, something i definitely do not want to do as the tags are good seo juice.

Nofollow will not prevent G o -o gle from notice the adult related keywords. :/

Yes it will, but it will also not follow my other good tags which is vital to my seo.

have u tried googling, it seem that there is an answer for that...
