Exclude already converted people in Adwords/facebook ads

A big problem at the moment on instagram is, that people which are already members of the gym get ads like crazy. Is there any Way to exclude all Members, I have a list with all Members, Names, phone numbers etc.

Create an audience of past visitors (you can choose period e.g. 30 days), then on audience widget choose 'Exclude' and choose the audience you just created. This will help to show ads only to the new visitors, but exclude all those already visited.
