Exchange programs

Becasue i am from third world country i can open almost anything from payment services except paypal. And i am trying to make good business with one client that has only paypal as payment option. so i am asking are those exchange sites that are recieving lets say paypal and sending moneybookers to your account are legit and can somebody tell me if he/she used it and if they are reliable to trust them good amount of money per month?

why my threads are always without answer... This is marketing forum and i thought that someone used some sort of exchange service like altarpay . com or some other one... i want to make some business and i am looking for reliable exchange service...
