Anyone have examples of some very well monetized autoblogs?

I was thinking a mix of adsense and cpa, with intext, maybe banners, but I don't have any ideas on optimal placement, leadways, etc. I don't need a step by step, but some suggestions or links to current ones that are working well for you/others.

    Thanks!

I agree with the above. Get people on here to show you examples of OTHER PEOPLE'S blogs that are well optimized.

...although then you can only assume that they're well optimized.

guess I never thought of that part, good point. Exact reason I didn't post a link to my autoblog.

Okay, then I guess I need some pointers then.

What are some good overall tips on ad placement? Header banners, long side ones, buttons, intext? Any suggestions would help, I put alot of work into the autoblog, this is the final step.

Here are a few basic tips:

    1. Place adsense units "above the fold", so the user doesn't need to scroll to see them
    2. Blend the ad units, so they look like part of the site navigation or interface
    3. Experiment. if you're getting traffic but no clicks, change the ad placement, colors, etc. until you do
