Exact match domain vs partial match domain

I would like to clarify the definition by using examples if you don't mind, guys.
Is it an exact match domain or partial match to you, guys
The keyword is; beautiful women
The domain: FindBeautifilWomen.org
?

Another question would be; would you go with an exact match domain or rather partial?

Obviously it is not exact match domain.

The name "Exact Match Domain" itself says clearly that the keyword must exactly match the domain name.

finbeautifulwomen.org is partial match with regards to the "beautiful women" keyword, but it's exact match with regards to the "find beautiful women" keyword.

beautifulwomen.org is exact match with regards to the "beautiful women" keyword

EMD (Exact Match Domain) or PMD (Partial Match Domain) does not matter too much to google. Many years ago google have favored EMDs aplenty, which is why SEOs have started using EMDs left and right, but sometime, after this mass EMD spam, google have devalued EMDs and now they have the same value as any other domain: ZERO.

The EMDs don't get penalized, though (as some people claim) and I own an EMD that's ranking just fine.

EMDs do seem to get favored by other search engines like bing and duckduckgo though (my EMD ranks at #1 for its main keyword in both these search engines and I've never had to do anything special to rank, it just happened)

So it's still the case, isn't it? EMDs have no value when it comes to SEO. Is that correct?
