Converting at about 2.45% per targeted unique @ an average of $30 a sale.

These numbers will elevate as we move forward.

We have a heavy hitter brand consultant who's working on long term goals, and he will have the ultimate say about what is best for the future, but I have the final word on all ventures and transactions. I'm leaving him to his devices and now I'm looking for someone who's focused more on our short term goals. "Right now sales."

    The ideal candidate:

    • Is expedient in creating a campaign and executing it to drop in a line of traffic.
    • Knows how to socially manipulate relevant blogs and forums via posts, fake responses, and generating accounts. (Reddit manipulation a plus)
    • Possesses SMM softwares such as followliker, ninja blaster etc and has no moral issue with creating accounts and spamming. (Do you already manage thousands of accounts? Have experience doing so? Let us know.) (Do you have your own bots that work really well? Great!)
    • Understands that management of IG/TW/FB personas is a must. These are micro accounts used to target/manipulate hashtags, and competitor's followers. (Rapid growth a plus)
    • Understands how to do their own keyword, hashtag, and competitor research.
    • Can manage adwords and facebook ads at exceptionally low CPC and understands credit coupons.
    • Is already set to go with proxies, VPS, SIMS, accounts, or whatever else you may need.
    • Understands that budgeting comes from revenue.
    • Is open to a long term partnership, although short term affiliates are welcome.
    Bottom-line:

Candidate is an expert at driving niche-relevant traffic. Candidate doesn't need to think a lot about the future of the brand.. as I mentioned, that is being handled by a professional.

I need another professional who can be the short-term IM expert of the team.

Essentially Clint handles the whitehat side of things, and you handle the blackhat. However, you both understand the grey areas.

This candidate is the opposite of my other partner, candidate is a doer as opposed to planning long-term campaigns.

Can you drive highly targeted traffic right now? Then you can earn 20% of all sales right now.

Enough of that, let me tell you about our operation.. without giving away too much of course.

Hip-Hop became a $10 Billion dollar industry as of 2004.

It provides a unique and genuinely "fun" area of business to be involved in.

Our demographic is excited, willing, under-educated (Lol sorry), appreciative, and perpetuates word-of-mouth like no other industry.

Our website tracks sales in a way that is publicly visible on the site. So when you see changes on the site, and didn't receive any notice or payment for it, you are more than welcome to raise a concern with me.

We're getting organized, and are about to build a new site, then export our content over. The current site is fully functional from a monetary stand-point but needs improved.

We're building main IG/TW/FB accounts, but you won't have to worry about that. However, if I say drive traffic to "the twitter account" you can do so without hesitation.

    I have 3 stipulations:

    • You will not receive any kind of budget or payment upfront.
    • You are immediately responsive via skype or kick.
    • You will act to drive traffic as soon as the deal is struck.
In the end I suppose a good way to look at the heart of the team is; you handle short-term traffic, I handle promotions and conversions, Clint handles the brand and long-term traffic.

I may consider bringing on a dedicated assistant to all 3 of us.

We may flip the site in the end, but Clint is leaning more towards thinking we can lead the industry.

    Industry: Hip-Hop Blogs.

I'm looking forward to networking with those who are serious about being on a real joint venture and building this thing into a profitable outcome for everyone.

    Sincerely,
